This is quite a heavy update, bug 183791 is a good motivation, though.
* Did you test translate-toolkit with the new lxml?
* I assume lxml has a profound test suite which covers the new features?
* Universe has a few reverse dependencies, too (bcfg2, freevial), can they be
tested shallowly with the new version first?
