We've tried this both ways round, and the other way seemed to be harder
for more people, so to be honest I think we're better off this way;
sorry.
Note that the installer does have help text to help with any confusion,
which was added before Ubuntu 5.10:
<Tab> moves between items; <Space> selects; <Enter> activates buttons
