I apologize if you felt I was jumping to conclusions here.  I should
have worded my question better . . .I'm trying to understand if you are
still able to reproduce the ACPI oops on a regular basis.  If so,  per
the kernel team's bug policy, can you please attach the following
information.  Please be sure to attach each file as a separate
attachment.

* cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
* dmesg > dmesg.log
* sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log

Also, it would be helpful to capture the full dmesg output which
contains the Oops.  For more information regarding the kernel team bug
policy, please refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeamBugPolicies .
I'm also curious if you've tested with booting using the "acpi=off"
option as I'd imagine it would prevent the Oops from occurring.  Thanks
again and we appreciate your help and feedback.
