I recently bought a Dell XPS M1530 (with preinstalled Vista). This
laptop has a Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945 mini card.
I tried Ubuntu 8.04 alpha 6 on it (LiveCD), but the wireless card
doesn't work very well, often I have to reboot 3 or 4 times to get it up
and running.
"dmesg | grep -i 3945" gives the following:
