That option is only for view, to supress printing 0's you either have to
use 0 suppression in the type field using '0;-0;;@' or go to
Format->Page->Sheet->Print uncheck 'Zero Values'. There is an upstream
bug I have attached that would if fixed make it more obvious what to do
about the Zero Values problem.
