Sorry about this! This was due to it looking at the device path rather
than the mount point at a crucial point (the device path, of course,
*always* starts with /dev ...). Evan fixed this a while back:
partman-target (52ubuntu6) hardy; urgency=low
* Fixed major bug in 60clear_partitions and re-enabled it.
