Can all those experiencing this issue attach the following text files:
sudo lspci -vvvnn > lspci.txt # Note: sudo allows for capabilities to be
captured also.
sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.txt # Note: sudo is required for this because
/dev/mem is read.
lshal > hal.txt
Also, please submit dmesg log which includes the error upon card insertion
(especially those with more recent kernels).
