Public bug reported: In Hardy x64
So far I've noticed the following bugs: 1) There is a menu uption under Applications>Other which is called Theme Installer, which crashes upon launch. 2) Under System>Preferences>Appearance a lot of things are not working as they should: a) Themes (GTK) are installed without a preview icon. b) Murrine themes are often not installed correctly, come up with errors or one gets the message that they are installed while they are not. c) When customizing a theme none of the controls has a preview icon, colors cannot be edited (like I think was promised), window borders have no preview icons, icon sets have no preview icons, and some installed cursor themes are missing. All these should be working at least like they were under Gutsy, the way it is now, one cannot properly customize or use themes in general. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Gnome Theme Manager in Hardy is very buggy. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/203620 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
