** Description changed:

This bug seems to have been reported and fixed in feisty, but still
  exists in Gutsy.

When stopping kdm or pressing Ctrl+Alt+F(1-6) the screen is garbled, if
it stop kdm over ssh from another machine there is the message "usplash:
can't get console font: No space left on device" output.

- This seems to be a bug about the vga=791 set in my boot params (though
- i'm not sure as I don't want to disable this otherwise my system
- sometimes struggles to boot).
+ This bug happens only when using vga= in Grub boot line.

** Summary changed:

- usplash: can't get console font: No space left on device
+ usplash: can't get console font: No space left on device when using vga=
