Binary package hint: moodle
When I do a fresh install of moodle in a pbuilder chroot it hangs in the
postinst script. A ps ax shows that it runs ucf.
Looking closer at the postinst script it looks like dh_stop is run
before ucf is run. ucf needs debconf, so this is most likely the
problem.
