and to emphasise, 128M is the MAX memory that php may use. I'm using several 
php5 tools that require min 32Mb to work ( symfony, Propel, Doctrine ), and 
more and more php webapps are using this tools also.
So will this be in hardy ? 

Maybe 128 is to much bit and 32 or 64 is a more sensible default, and
especialy for this LTS it's expected for php apps to require more memory
in the future.
