*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 194214 ***
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/194214

This bug, however, is quite different from 194214. I first ran into it
about a year ago when I was running Edgy - I'm now running Gutsy on a
Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop, but the problem's still there - under high
system load, some key combinations will repeat wildly regardless of
whether I've clicked the mouse or scrolled the mouse wheel. They
"unstick" after a couple of seconds but by then the damage is already
done: all my tabs or applications are closed. This is a serious bug for
me, I've actually lost work because of it.

It seems to happen very often in Firefox, on "heavy" pages or when I
have many tabs open and stuff running in the background. The key
combinations that stick most often are Ctrl+W (and that's the worst
one), Ctrl+T (you suddenly wind up with upwards of 100 tabs) and the
arrow keys/page up/page down keys that just keep scrolling the page. So
can we please un-duplicate this bug from the other one? I don't think
they're related.
