This just started to happen after I ran an upgrade from the ubuntu
repositories
$ dlocate -S libkdeui.so.4
kdelibs4c2a: /usr/lib/libkdeui.so.4.2.0
kdelibs4c2a: /usr/lib/libkdeui.so.4
kdelibs4c2a: 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.3
krdc: 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu2
FYI, I am suing gutsy-backports as a repo-source
