It actually turns out that you're not using the fglrx driver that the
other bug is about.  (You're using 'ati').  So this must be a different
bug.  The first line of your dmesg dump is about the natsemi dp8381x
driver, so it looks like there's an issue with that one in resuming.
The line that starts with BUG: about kernel paging requests looks to be
it.
