Public bug reported:
If I enable double clicking to open files (instead of single clicking)
in System Settings, I can no longer use the icons on my KDE4 desktop.
Apparently, the desktop icon plasmoid cannot handle this. If I switch
back to single click, it still doesn't work. I remember it working
initially, so maybe I have to log out and log back in for it to take
effect. However, double clicking does not work no matter how many times
I log out and log back in.
