Binary package hint: xorg
The stylus worked perfectly in Gutsy, and I just did a fresh install of
Kubuntu KDE4 Hardy Alpha 6. Now there is an entry for /dev/input/wacom
but neither this nor xxd /dev/input/event[0-7] return any data for the
pen. I even tried all the /dev/input/mouse combinations, but no data. I
don't see any mention of a tablet /wacom /pen / stylus / eraser in
either dmesg or xorg.conf.
wacdump /dev/input/wacom returns:
WacomOpenTablet: Connection Timed Out
after about 2 seconds
I have both xserver-xorg-input-wacom and wacom tools installed, and have
restarted X and rebooted a number of times.
Any ideas?
