Hey!

I'm sorry for my incompetence but I have been quite busy with rl. I
managed to build a 2.6.25 kernel which in fact does NOT hang the
machine. Seems like the upstream kernel successfully fixed this bug.
After connecting a new device to the ultrabay an acpi-event appears but
does not seem to get handled since no new device node gets created.
Maybe things need to be done manually but I don't know how to do it.
Additionally... if you reboot the machine with a device (may it be a
dvdrom or a hdd) plugged in it works properly.
