Public bug reported:
In Xubuntu Hardy, thunar does not give an option to unmount a memory
stick, only an eject option (even though there's no way to have software
eject the drive: it has to be done manually).
When I select eject, it gives an error that it cannot eject the device,
although it does dismount it.
