It does, but possibly not in the correct order. To recreate scenario:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure mythweb Secure->Yes Access Site -> Prompted to log in -> Log in successfully Firefox clear authenticated sessions sudo dpkg-reconfigure mythweb Secure->No Access Site -> Prompted to log in!! -> Refresh does not work. Ctl+F5 does not work. Do not log in. Access denied. sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart Access Site -> Not prompted to log in Can you produce the same?
