I downloaded hardy heron alpha 6 about 3 days back and i am having a
lots of issues with kernel crash... everytime i try sudo apt-get
update/upgrade, the operating system crashes eventually forcing me to
cold reboot and when i try get back on using the 2.6.24-12 kernel, it
says kernel could not load and there is a kernel panic, root could not
be found and something along that line...at first i thought it was an
xserver crash but does not look like it now... does this version of the
kernel still have bugs? also, other applications like firefox just shut
down on their own from time to time... saying there was a problem
encountered... any idea anyone?
