Public bug reported:
I just tried kubuntu kde 4 and it was silly not to have a way to start a
package manager. Please have the package manager installed by default. Why
should the end user have to install a package manager to get another package
manager to work. I have use Ubuntu sense Dapper Drake and i know of the Ubuntu
forums. I had to spend an hour to get it fixed. This is just wrong. Please fix.
