For the quality of Ubuntu packages, and better development environment
(for newcomers to PHP) please set magic_quotes_gpc = Off in the default
php.ini shipped with PHP. Magic_quotes mechanism is highly DEPRECATED by
all the PHP community and this "feature" will be removed in PHP6.
