OOo 2.3.1 will not be going into Gutsy as Gutsy has already been
released as Ubuntu 7.10 and only security fixes will be released for
Ubuntu 7.10.
It appears to be fixed in Ubuntu hardy which will be released next month
as Ubuntu 8.04 so it is being marked as Fix Released. If after upgrading
you continue to experience the issue then feel free to reopen the bug.
But do not reopen it due to it still existing in 7.10 since it will not
be fixed there.
