Public bug reported:
The following output occurred when I ran "apt-get install python-
subversion", or subsequently "dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/python-
subversion*":
Selecting previously deselected package python-subversion.
(Reading database ... 39029 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking python-subversion (from
.../python-subversion_1.3.1-3ubuntu1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: ../../src/packages.c:191: process_queue: Assertion `dependtry <= 4'
failed.
Aborted
I was able to install python-subversion with "dpkg --force all -i
/var/cache/apt/archives/python-subversion*" followed by "apt-get install
python2.4-subversion".
This is on Dapper Drake, running on a VPS.
