* Sync from Debian unstable (LP: #201962).
- Remaining Ubuntu changes have been implemented in Debian.
* debian/rules: unexport LDFLAGS to avoid FTBFS with new dpkg-buildpackage.
* Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
specification.
