I'm reopening this bug because there are a couple of problems with the
restricted ati driver. Sometimes the mouse cursor is messed up, firefox
3 is slow when i'm scrolling, some video games are lagging. I checked
the description of the ati driver in synaptic, it says only Ati Mobility
FireGL V5000 is supported but not the V5200. It still might be a
problem, that Ubuntu recognizes the card as X1600. Maybe just a new
version of ati driver is needed.
