Expected to be able to scroll through my docs and Gmail inbox as usual, using
either the scroll bar or the mouse wheel.
Unable to scroll up, down or sideways immediately with either the scroll bars
or the mouse wheel. There is a delay of about 1/2 second before anything
happens If drag scroll bar down (or use scroll wheel on mouse) rapidly the
display will "gray out", then return with normal brightness on some page in a
document. This happening in all applications, including OO and Gmail. Display
has no smooth scroll.
