Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
After unchecking the "expand" button in panel preferences, it's
impossible to get back to expanded "normal" panel.
If I check the "expand" button, all panel buttons of open programs
disappear at once, See picture. If I uncheck it, the panel is centered
and shrinked again.
