Public bug reported:
Screens and Graphics has been moved into applications > others from
system > administration for no reason what so ever. It should be moved
back, this will just confuse users especially users for are still new to
ubuntu and have done a fresh install of hardy. Administration describes
it alot better and is a more logically thinking place to keep it.
