Public bug reported:
I took me 3 minutes to select my location (Amsterdam) on the worldmap.
The scrolling is not going smoothly at all, so the accuracy is very low,
since I have to click precisely on the dot.
It would be better to make the map scroll more smoothly, and not having
to click exactly on the dot, but also in the area of a city.
