I can confirm this with apt-index-watcher 0.3.9ubuntu4. Every couple of
seconds two processes like
6927 ? S 0:00 sh -c /usr/sbin/apt-index-watcher run --syslog
6928 ? R 0:02 /usr/sbin/apt-index-watcher run --syslog
use all available cpu power.
