Public bug reported:
Whenever I try to launch Ktorrent-kde4, I get an error dialogue stating
"KDEInit could not launch /usr/lib/kde4/bin/ktorrent",
which is odd since it does launch and work perfectly (as far as I can
tell) otherwise. Just that annoying initial error window.
