Public bug reported:
many applications refuse to start up, like:
kwalletmanager
kontact
kmail
or reduced functionality
konqueror says doesn't do anything when entered a url
kopete won't login
and a lot more I think
When starting kwalletmanager and alike in console, it doesn't output
anything and it just freezes until given a ctrl-c
