Public bug reported:
after a dist-upgrade (using update-manager -c -d), i cannot upgrade
tellico from 1.0.3+SVNr327-1ubuntu1 to 1.2.2-1ubuntu1, update-manager
refuses to do the upgrade and synaptic warns that some packages are not
authenticated.
i think the faulty package is tellico-data or tellico or libyaz2 or all
of them.
