Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bzr-builddeb

builddeb should raise a python exception when the .run() method is
called and there are uncommited changes to the working tree.

Currently, if a user attempts to build a package from a working tree
with uncommited changes, an error message is printed to stdout.

If a script imports bzr-builddeb and calls the run() method itself and
there are uncommited changes to the working tree, bzr-builddeb exits
silently.

** Affects: bzr-builddeb (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
