It appears that since OOo uses the keyboard mapping to determine what it
should print as the keyboard shortcut then it is not actually a bug. If
the keyboard type used does not actually say 'Skift' on the key then
perhaps there is a bug but it would be in Xorg(?) I guess. Marking this
bug as invalid, but feel free to reopen and reassign if desired.
