Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager

If I start suspend and hibernate with the acpi scripts resume works flawlessly
but if I start it with Power Manager it restarts always with locked screen
saver.
It works fine but I would prefer to resume without a password since no one else
can use this pc and I think that there should be an option like under
/etc/default/acpi-support (LOCK_SCREEN). Maybe only in configuration file but
an option would be great.
Another great step toward laptop system would be an option for
suspend/hibernate laptop after x minutes without use which differences between
ac adapter plugged or not.

** Affects: kde-guidance (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
