Public bug reported:
Right clicking on wubi.exe and selecting 'Properties' in Microsoft Windows
displays the description as "Windows based UBuntu Installer".
This should be "Windows based Ubuntu Installer" or "Windows based
(Edu,Go,K,X,U,buntu) Installer".
