Public bug reported:
When installing packages from the package manager packages such as
Epiphany and Miro once installed don't show up in the applications menu.
When looking at the menu in the 'Edit Menu' window, the menu links seem
to be there but they aren't showing up. Presumably after a restart they
will but this is especially annoying.
