Ubuntu Hardy beta, pidgin 1:2.3.1-2ubuntu1
The pidgin chat window has a border of several pixels, between the edges
of the window and the chat history textbox/listbox. When maximised this
layout makes it harder than necessary to use the scrollbar, since one
can't use the screen edge as a stop. When the window is thin several
percent of the total width is wasted.
