The PSM (Personal security manager) is the firefox module that contains SSL connectivity for https connections. I think it was a separate package at a time. You can see details here: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/psm/.
I don't know the exact relationship with firefox. I guess it should come installed with it. There is probably a problem that makes firefox not find the appropriate libraries. I don't know why. 2006/10/8, Sarah Hobbs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > the personal security manager is installed? > > What is that? > > -- > firefox beta on edgy personal security manager not there > https://launchpad.net/bugs/64686 > -- Martin Hamel (418)261-2222 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- firefox beta on edgy personal security manager not there https://launchpad.net/bugs/64686 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
