Now I see that when I do: sudo lircd, daemon is in the proccesses, but
when I start irexec -d .lircrc daemon dies. It dies when I start irw.

Here is what syslog says:

Mar 26 02:11:01 c2d-desktop lircd-0.8.3pre1[18101]: lircd(userspace) ready
Mar 26 02:11:44 c2d-desktop lircd-0.8.3pre1[18101]: accepted new client on
/dev/lircd
Mar 26 02:11:44 c2d-desktop lircd-0.8.3pre1[18101]: could not get file
information for /dev/lirc
Mar 26 02:11:44 c2d-desktop lircd-0.8.3pre1[18101]: default_init(): No such
file or directory
Mar 26 02:11:44 c2d-desktop lircd-0.8.3pre1[18101]: caught signal

I hope that this will help.
