Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

When I select to add on a new calendar, I get all the way to the screen
where it asks to name the calendar and that's as far forward as it will
go. In past versions there was already a HOME calendar setup. Not in
this case. This is lightning .7.

After lightning was added on to Thunderbird, would not allow a new calendar to
be created.
