Public bug reported:
There should be a DST (Daylight Saving Time) check box option for the
Clock panel in case countries like IRAN decides not to follow the DST
for a specific year. Otherwise, if time is changed to match the
countries official time, there will be problems with "Device
Synchronization" on devices which have this option and DST can be
unchecked.
