Public bug reported:

When logging out of the Hardy Beta release of Kubuntu running KDE4, it
takes too many steps to actually shutdown.

Expected behavior:

1) Click the "K" menu button.
2) Hover over the "Leave" button.
3) Click "Shutdown".
4) The computer shuts down.

What actually happens:

1) Click the "K" menu button.
2) Hover over the "Leave" button.
3) Click "Shutdown".
4) Another dialog pops up requiring me to click shutdown yet again.
5) The computer shuts down.

I know it seems like a small thing, but it's actually pretty irritating.
The Ubuntu version of this release does it correctly:

1) Click the equivalent of the "leave" button in the upper-right corner of the
screen.
2) A dialog pops up asking what action to take.
3) Click "Shutdown"
4) The computer shuts down.

There are two ways to address this:

1) Remove the second confirmation dialog.
2) Make the "Leave" button clickable and remove the menu options.

I would prefer the first method.
