suspend-hybrid and hibernate script.
* debian/hal.postinst: Fix /var/run/hal -> /var/run/hald as well and drop
the chown'ing completely, since the init script does it already.

* debian/hal.postinst: Fix upgrade version comparison to also force-reload
dbus when installing from scratch. (LP: #206787)
