In Hardy, when I press the volume buttons on my thinkpad t60p, the
volume changes 13%, however if I use the scroll wheel on the volume
applet, the volume only changes 5%. In any case, 13% is way to much, it
goes from to low to to high, and I can see that the volume bar in the
volume window that appears increases at least two notches with each
press.
I propose that the volume button only changes the volume 5%, or better
yet, that it is customisable.
