Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
I just opened the time-admin tool via the menu and had to authenticate
my user to 'unlock' access to make changes. I then activated ntp
support, which requires installation of a package, which required me to
authenticate again.
I think the two authentications should be consolidated.
