Same problem here but doesn't seem to be a real bug, more a problem of priority in the running of the boot scripts (and more precisely with acpi-support)
I got it fixed by modifying the line "CONCURRENCY=none" to "CONCURRENCY=shell" in /etc/init.d/rc, making the scripts boot concurrently.
