I figured that, I'd be saying the same. I agree that it's way too long. I'm looking back through these old reports to see if I can close them or get them closer to being fixed, and it's crazy how many I'm finding that have no replies of any sort. It's only about 6% that seem to be left behind, but then you have tens of thousands of bugs, that ends up being a lot. I would like to think that the Bug Control team is doing a better job these days, with more help and experience. Of course, it's hard to tell. I'm thinking that it's a bit out of control, though.
